Reminder:  AAU membership is required by all wrestlers to participate in NEMWA sanctioned tournaments.  See below for details.

AAU Affiliation Update: 

  1. All wrestlers, coaches and officials must be current AAU members before any activity on the mat.
  2. When completing the 2009 AAU membership application use the club name "NEMWA" and club number "MIWR9X8KB9".
  3. It is strongly recommended that participants chose the "AB" option for maximum insurance coverage.

As a reminder, clubs must submit to the NEMWA secretary prior to the first tournament these three documents for every wrestler:

  1. A a properly completed and signed original NEMWA waiver (player's agreement).  The original document (not a copy) is required every year.
  2. A copy of the wrestler's birth certificate. 
  3. A copy of the wrestler's current AAU membership card.
